DJM-250MK2 Traktor Scratch pro 2 recording issues

Hi guys 

i need to help!!!

I have MACBookPro (Capitan 10.11.6) where the traktorscratch pro 2 is installed by several years. Before to connect the DJM 250 MK2 mixer to Traktor I used to playing with Audio 4 sound card and recording into computer , All worked good;  after that DJM connecting into Traktor I have set-up the rec into Traktor. During the mixing /recording everything is ok but after recording, during the  listing I realize in the some part of the mix, the registration is not syncro, randomly and in some part of the mix there are repeats  of the song that i never made during the live-mixing.

I have download the DJM250mk2 new version of drive and fimware... what i can do to come-out the issue??
