CDJ 2000 stuck in reverse

My fwd/rev is stuck in reverse. I tried a factory reset and it seemed to help, but that was short lived. I then took the machine apart and tried to access this area. It seem to be miss engaging the switch. Help... loosing my mind!

Well that just sucks -- unfortunately nobody here is authorized to provide the information you'll need to get that fixed, so I'll direct you to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
