License Key for DDJ-400

I bought a very pristine condition Pioneer DDJ-400. The previous owner said that he just opened the box and never use it. When I got home, the license key card is missing. I messaged the seller again, however, he's not yet responding on my queries. Is there any chance how to get the license key? I have the box, manual, and everything comes with it.
