CDJ-2000 Nexus 2 Saving on External HD

rekordbox is no doubt useful for setting memory loops and cue points, however I find that it would be so helpful to save these while using my external HD on my CDJ's.

I press the memory button after setting a loop on my CDJ's yet after I go back to my computer or even if I simply turn off the CDJ nothing is saved.

Is there something I am doing wrong?  (firmware up-to-date and ExternalHD MS-DOS (FAT32) /  rekordbox Version 5.8.5)

Thank you so much!

When you press memory with a loop or cue, does the word memory show up where the waveform is?  Also when you go back to rekordbox are you using Update Collection

Thank you so much again for the quick response.

Yes "memory" does show up in red on the main CDJ of which the External HD is plugged into; respectively, if I press "memory" on the other CDJ of which the External HD is not plugged into it says in red, saving on "player 1". Yet, if I then turn off the CDJs the cues are not there.

I have not gone back and pressed "Update Collection" and will try this, however the former issue of powering off the CDJ and/or removing the External HD and plugging it back in should probably show the cues and/or tags no?

Much appreciated!
