XDJ-RX2 Right Performance Pad Glitch/Error

Currently I am having an issue with my right performance pads when the pad mode "beat loop" is selected. When using the other three pad modes there is no issues with any of the pads and their function. However when beat loop is selected the two buttons in the bottom right cease working correctly. Prior to pressing these two pads the other 6 work perfectly and I can change between pad modes. After either of these bottom two pads (calling them pad 7 & 8) is used while in the mode "beat loop" the other 6 pads will only work when being held down. Once the pressure is released the player resorts back to doing an 8 beat loop. This same issue occurs for pad 7 also where it must be held down for a four beat loop to occur, otherwise it too will play an 8 beat loop.

Due to the pads working perfectly in other modes I am leaning towards it being a software issue more than a mechanical problem.

After using either pad 7 or 8 while in beat loop I am no longer able to go between any other pad mode and the player remains stuck in the beat loop mode. When beat loop is activated the 7th pad also illuminates green. The left side of the controller is working with no issues.

I have recently updated to the 1.38 firmware however my issue has not been resolved.

Hoping for some kind of help as I have been stuck trying to fix this issue for a few weeks now!
