Hi,
I have 2 cdj 400 that I want to use in HID mode. I have trouble installing them. After installing the asio cdjxdj driver the 2 cdj 400 appear in the device manager with the error "device cannot start". HID appears functional. In rekordbox dj worked only 1. After restart the 2 cdj400 players both appear with error and neither works anymore. After couple of uninstalling and installing they both worked until the next restart.
I use windows10 and they are both connected in usb 2.0. I changed the cables, the ports, nothing seems to work.

Do you think that is a compatibility issue with windows 10 or a hardware malfunction?

I'm having the same problem. I get the error:
"Device USB\VID_08E4&PID_0143\5&2882b6eb&0&8 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match." in Device Manager.
It's on a new Windows 10 installation, i have tried different USB ports. It doesn't recognize the CDJ-400 players in Windows?
@Pelle > Try opening that device an uninstalling it within the Device Manager, then disconnect the USB and reconnect it, see what happens.
