Streaming OBS - DJM900 NSX2 - Mac

I'm using a Macbook Pro mid 2015 16mb of ram ( 10.14 ) connected DJM to adio input device in OBS but I get static on the stream. I read this post

and it uses Jack and Soundflower.

 

I have Loopback installed and was using in my other set up Denon MC 7000.

 

Can someone tell me how to proceed here using Loopback?

Loopback is the superior option - the only reason I give the instructions using those other solutions is they're free, and DJs are cheap. ;)

To get the audio from Loopback, it's pretty straight-forward; see the instructions here, the only difference being that you select the channels to route from the Source (on the left of Loopback) as the ones you've chosen as the REC OUT from the DJM's Setting Utility.
