XDJ XZ won’t allow me to hit Hot Cue after performing for around 30 min

About 3 weeks ago my left side hit cue buttons won’t work. It’s the second from the left on both the top and bottom. Then about a week ago after playing when I load a track while the Beat loop (again only on the left side) then I am unable to switch back to the Hot Cue Pad Mode. This is brand new and used less than 20 times ever
