Rekordbox.exe - application error

"the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

click OK to close the application."

This is the error pop up box I get when I try to open the Rekordbox software on my windows laptop , everything is upto date on my laptop and plenty of free memory as well 

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve the problem and use the software
