A key flashes continuously on the performance pad on the DDJ-400

I have the Pioneer DDJ-400 and the second lower button has been flashing on both performance pads for a long time. About 5 seconds after I connect the DJ deck to the computer via USB, the buttons start flashing (even if I have closed Rekordbox). I also updated the DJ deck to the latest version I could find earlier, but it hasn't changed anything.

In and of itself, it doesn't limit me when making music, but it bothers me when only one key flashes and you can't turn it off.

I've searched a lot on the internet but have never found an answer to my question

When I first used the DJ deck, this problem wasn't there. It came later

I hope someone can help me with the problem

Hi Lennox,

Can you tell me if the same problem occurs when you have it connected to a USB power adapter?

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I just tried a USB adapter and it stopped blinking. So I had the idea to plug the DJ deck into another USB input of my PC and it worked again without the blinking.

Weird, not sure why it would have been "stuck" like that, but glad it's working now! :) Let us know if the issue returns.
