XDJ-R1 - Crossfader/ Channel 2 Issues

Hello, I recently pulled out my XDJ-R1 Controler and I am experiencing some strange issues that I don't know if it is caused by hardware or Software (Virtual DJ 8)

- So when loading an audio file to the right deck, I am unable to listen to the track to cue it up (even after selecting that track), it doesn't come through the cue.

-The left & right track can be heard in the left fader.

-The Crossfader doesn't fully fade out the left track.

I have been trying to troubleshoot the issue from a software perspective, and hope someone can provide some suggestions.

Have you tried to update the firmware on the R1?

Hey Patrick,

Those sound more like configuration issues; how have you set the audio preferences within VDJ? Can you post a screenshot?

Trying to update the Firmware now, hopefully it helps. It seems tho like a Software issue, not hardware because when I put it in USB music mode, it doesn't have any issues.
