Pioneer DDJ RX clicking sound

I am having a problem with my controller. After power failure and repair I am getting clicking sound from master and headphones and backlights are pulsing slightly as well. Controller works fine when using laptop sound card but getting clicking sound when trying to use controller sound card. It is worth mentioning that I am getting this clicking sound even if controller is not connected to laptop via USB. Any advice please.

Hey Matcin,

Sorry to hear about that -- if you have the same problem even when not connected to USB, that means the problem is internal to the RX. I'd contact the company who repaired it and let them know that an issue persists, hopefully they'll fix it again at no cost.

Hi, thank you for the advise. That what I will be doing next week. Hopefully they will fix it without any additional costs as I have already paid for inspection and initial repair.
