DDJ SB3 - Incorrect MIDI signals

Hi there, 

 

I've had my DDJ SB3 for a while but have been dealing with a new issue since yesterday. I believe the MIDI signals being sent from Deck A's volume fader is sending out incorrect MIDI signals. It is causing strange issues in both Serato and Traktor Pro 3. I checked MIDI Monitor and it seems like it's sending out sporadic numbers, unlike the other volume fader. Is there a way of resetting the MIDI?

Try changing the USB cable or USB port - that's typically the reason this occurs.

Unfortunately, I've already tried to solve the issue by trying out my other MIDI controllers USB cables and still haven't had any success.
