I have a ddj 1000 for 3 weeks and despite having taken a new notebook with i7 11th / 16 gb ram / ssd 512 I am having quite a few stability problems.For example at some point while rekordbox (version 5 because after trying the 6 I thought that the problem depended on that) while everything is playing regularly at some point one of the 2 tracks playing on rekordbox disappears, the display on the jog says no track played and the deck on the ddj 1000 turns off (play/cue not lit up. even stranger is that if I stop the other deck which continued to play normally, the track disappeared from the turned off deck will be heard playing. Obviously I have to close rekordbox and restart. How can I solve this annoying problem ???

Before we consider it a fault with the DDJ, I'll note that we are aware of some problems with 11th gen Intel CPUs requiring a BIOS and/or drive updates in order for 3rd party audio / MIDI devices to function properly. Please check with your computer manufacturer for updates then try again to see if the issues persist.
