OK 2 related questions.
1. Is it possible to connect standalone players to the DDJ 1000 channels 3/4 and use rekordbox performance mode for channels 1/2?
2. If the above is possible, is it then possible to capture the ASIO digital audio out via USB connected to a streaming/recording pc which also has rekordbox in export mode for the players? Will it capture all 4 channels of audio?
Heres my route... As weird as this sounds.
> DDJ1000 connected to 2 PCs.
> Standalones connected to outside channels of DDJ1000 act as main decks (I want to get my eyes away from the laptop most of the time)
> PC 1 will record/capture audio via USB cable AND use rekordbox in export mode
> PC 2 will use rekordbox in performance mode to do extra deck things... Like acapellas/sampler/drops etc stuff thats a small part of my normal workflow.
I cant find solid information on this and would really appreciate some answers as it determines my plan for purchasing the players and whether I need a separate audio interface...

2. Yes.
It would work exactly as you want... or you could always assign the other players as controllers for decks 3/4 and just run them all from that one computer.
