DDJ-400 and Android phone

Hi,

I'm looking into buying DDJ-400 as a present for a friend to serve as a mobile DJ station. The idea is that no laptop should be required to play. Is it currently possible to use DDJ-400 with an Android version of Rekordbox app?

A perfect setup would be to run DDJ-400 powered from a power bank battery, pair it with an Android phone app (Rekordbox?) and output the audio to a Bluetooth speaker. Is such setup achievable using DDJ-400? Or any other DDJ device?
