Meu Rekordbox não aparece o Mixer/Mic, o que aconteceu? uso a DDJ-400.

Could be a number of reasons - if I had to guess, you're using a PC and it has somehow been selected as the default audio device for Windows sound output. Please change that back to the normal system default and then select the DDJ-400 in the rekordbox preferences.
