The LED backlights have stopped working on most of the buttons on deck 2/4.
It's the Cue, play/pause, beat sync, and all of the pad buttons. They are still functioning but without the led backlights.
Updated the DDJ1000 to the latest firmware V1.12 and the latest rekordbox. I've tried different macs running Catialina, Mojave and Sierra so it doesn't look like a mac/rekordbox issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry to hear about that, it sounds like a hardware issue - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
