Hi i converted some youtube files to mp3. They usually play with no issue. Im getting the 8305 error. I did some googling they said to download mp3quality modifier. Which I did but when i go to drag and drop those files into the program they won't appear. Only the 6 files that get the error code. I tried downloading any mp4 video convertor. Should I convert them to mp4 and try that?
Is this a bitrate issue?

It's more than likely that the converter you're using is the problem, but I'm sorry, we can't support piracy.
