XDJ-RX2 Hot Cue Delay & USB #2 responding slowly

I have an OCT 2020 version of XDJ-RX2 and the firmware is updated to most recent 1.38 however the HOT CUE are still very Delayed. Almost as if they are only triggering on the 1 beat and not instantaneously like I have experienced with other Pioneer controllers. Usually you can press the Hot Cues really fast as if you were using a Drum Pad but not on my controller.

(SYNC is OFF, Master Tempo is OFF) my USBs are SanDisk Ultra Fit & SanDisk Ultra Dual Luxe. Both USBs have plenty of space on them so I think its a Hardware issue.
