Cannot set beginning cue point

Hey,

I have turned on auto cue for the first beat of the song - tried countless times to set the first cue point at the beginning of the first beat - I have set the beginning of the song with the grid bar, and saved. No matter what I do it doesn't seem to want to stay there and set's the cue back. 

This is an issue on most of my songs, in export and performance mode. 

Help please?
