When we are trying to turning the CDJ on, the CDJ is going into a freeze mode. Can you help us?

do I understand correctly you *soldered* on the mainboard, now the unit is not working anymore?
I would say you screwed it up :-)
So either you made a mistake when re-assembling the unit (e.g. some cables not fitted correctly) or you made a mistake while soldering (e.g. shorting something).
You have to bring your unit to someone who can fix it properly. If you are lucky your unit can be saved without further replacing parts, if your are unlucky you may have now destroyed more as before :-(
If you have the *knowlegde* and *equipment* to do proper repair, get the service manual and troubleshoot the problem. Disassemble again. Reinspect the area on the mainboard where you soldered if you damaged something. With mainboard being disconnected from everything check if there is any short on any of the power supply rails. Reassemble with double checking all the connections.
