DDJ 1000 - FX / effects malfunction regarding headphones & master CUE buttons / prelistening

Dear Pioneers Team,

I have just bought a DDJ 1000 and I'm still testing the controller, which I like in general, but the following issue annoys and irritates me.

Some effects can not be heard/prelistened on the headphones using the channels [HEADPHONE CUE button].

These effects can only be heard on the headphones when I use the [MASTER CUE button].

This means I can NOT prelisten some effects on my headphones using the [HEADPHONE CUE button].

I guess this is not normal, isn't it?

As I have bought an official and tested B-Stock DDJ 1000 controller I wonder if this issues is hardware or software based?

Regarding Sound Color FX:

The effect "D.ECHO" can not be heard on the Headphones using [HEADPHONE CUE button],

but PITCH, NOISE and FILTER can be heard on the Headphones.

Regarding BEAT FX:

Low Cut Echo, Echo, MT Delay, Spiral, Reverb, Enigma Jet can not be heard on the Headphones using [HEADPHONE CUE button], they can ONLY be heard on the Headphones using the [MASTER CUE button].

Trans, Flanger, Phaser, Pitch, Slip Roll, Roll, Moibus Saw and Moibous Tri can be heard on the the Headphones using [HEADPHONE CUE button] as well as [MASTER CUE button].

Another issue:

The Reverb and Pitch Effect settings/parameters can only be manipulated on the Controller when I have actived [Beat FX Multi-Mode] in the Rekordbox DJ software.

When I use [Beat FX Single-Mode] I have to set the parameters in the software, which means I can not use the hardware [BEAT Buttons] in the Beat-FX Section to set the parameters.

Is this for a special/technical reason or a bug?
