Brand new DDJ FLX6 - Faulty Unit?

Good morning, picked up a brand new DDJ FLX6 from Currys PC World on Friday (I'm in the UK). All seemed to working fine but finally got a chance last night to test everything out properly and I am having some issues with the right jog wheel being intermittently unresponsive/inactive. The left Jog Wheel appears to work as it should. I have tried my Desktop PC, Laptop and 4 different USB cables (including the one supplied with the FLX6) but to no avail. Please can you advise if this is a faulty unit and should be replaced? It certainly seems that way, given the nature of the issue and the fact that it only happens on one of the two Jog Wheels.

You can see from the start that the stylus position just continues to slip and then it eventually becomes completely unresponsive at one point, towards the end of the video. Yet Jog Wheel 1 appears to be fine.
