Frothing... Just got my new XDJ1000's MK2

Hi All have a few questions

getting into mixing some dnb, currently my entire library has hot cues when I came from a controller but now that I have XDJ's thinking Memory Cues would be best.

Only reason why is dont like the fact when you touch a hot cue on the screen it plays automatically.

1. How many people prefer memory cues over hot cues?
2. Do Memory cues load faster?
3. Can anyone recommend a good USB for quick loading?
