Prevent jog wheel light from hitting 12 o'clock?

Hi.  I have had the ddj-sx2 for many years and love it!  I use the Hot Cue buttons extensively.  Every now and then, I have a song that has 2 Hot Cues very close to each other on the song...such as at 1:00 and 1:01.  This is not enough time for the jog wheel to rotate 360 or more degrees.  Therefore, when I try to scratch on either of the 2 Hot Cues (usually the 2nd), the white "line" (whatever that is called) on the jog wheel keeps jumping from like the 7 o'clock position to the 12 o'clock position and whatever other position it was at an instant ago, thus making it difficult to follow where the actual cue is (as well as essentially blinking extensively).

What I would I would prefer to do is either a)not have the white line lit up at all 100% during my daily usage of the product or b)tell the ddj-sx2 to NOT position the white line at 12 o'clock when a Hot Cue is pressed.

I would prefer option B.  I've looked at the owner's manual but cannot find any info on how to adjust this problem.

Anyone know if either option is possible?  If not, how do you deal with the white line jumping from 12 o'clock to like 7 o'clock while you are doing a scratch routine?  If people need, I could record the issue and post the video on youtube.

Thank you in advance!

The track marker light doesn't have anything to do with the cue points being near each other. It tracks the movement of the song similar to the way a turntable would spin. So if you're scratching at the start of the song (cue 1) and then you have a second cue point 1 second after, the track marker light is still going to move as if it were one second in. If you want the light to be at 12 on cue 2 you'll have to move it there and hit the second cue point button. Does that make sense?
