Sounds like a hardware problem. Most probably one of the PCBs / Assys needs repair / replacement.
Which LEDs are affected by the problem exactly?

About Illuminations suddenly went off on my Xdj R1
Some of the small Blue led buttons light are gone some are dimmed and also to my left wheel joggle as well , did some of you came with a solution to this particular problem guys?
