Device repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting

Hi, 

I have a DDJ1000SRT whenever i connect it to my Windows computer the device repeatedly connects and disconnects.

Tried changing the cable, and uninstalling the sound driver have no luck

Works on my macbook just not windows

any advice helps! thanks!
