XDJ Sending signal to Line in.

i am not using the mic channel on the xdj xz as i need a good mic pre amp, and a processed signal. so i am one of those nutters that is using a mic, outside of the xdj xz and sending into the xdj xz.

im using the xdj xz to literally drive a radio show from home, where i mix, and have to talk at the same time, hence i cannot reply on the mic input on the xdj xz, as it doesnt have phantom power and also im not able to process the signal....

Im sending to line 3, a Mic signal.

basically its coming from a Rode NT1 A, that goes into a DBX 286 s, then into an exciter, it leaves the exciter, via a quater jack, to RCA, then into CH3 on the XDJ XZ -

XDJ XZ is hooked up to a Presonus 68c, via main out, XLR TO JACK

is the sound compromised doing it this way?

is the XDJ XZ able to ' handle ' the processed line in signal thats carry a voice, from a rode nt1 a, and been processed etc....?
