XDJ Aero channel 1 not working

Hi 1st post really need some help i bought a XDJ Aero channel 1 is not playing audio so no level meter moving it loads fine and looks like its playing i can see the top switch line 1 / phone is stuck on phono and can't change it over.

channel 2 is working perfectly  i can see the issue if i switch that to phono theres no audio no level on the meter no BPM counter i have no ext speakers so just going through PC 

Any help be appreciated
