I've had my XZ unit sitting for almost a fortnight now which I STILL cannot use.
Not sure why my previous thread was disregarded and support don't have the courtesy to reply to my emails asking for an update.
I'm not wanting to have to make a complaint but a bit of clarity would be nice especially as there's been no reply to my previous thread but others have been dealt with since then.
