Pioneer dj Serato DDJ-SX3

Hi I recently bought a Pioneer DDJ-SX3. It has a hissing sound. I have tried the usual trouble shooting steps. It should still be under warranty what can I do to resolve this issue?

Hey Nicholas,

Sorry to hear that -- is the hiss just in the headphones or on all master outputs and booth as well?

Does it occur when only speakers are connected to the SX3 (no computer)?
