hello, I want to ask I bought a console from the user used pioneer xdj rx2 even with a license code but he can't take it because I probably stayed logged in with the user .. how to proceed? the user does not respond to messages

An owner can choose not to sell their rekordbox 5 license, but good news for you - the XDJ-RX2 is able to use rekordbox 6 as a hardware-unlock device; no license key is required! Simply connect the hardware and take advantage of the new features!
