XDJ-XZ Jog Wheel Tension Problem?

I have recently got my hands on an XDJ-XZ in the last 2 weeks or so, and I can't help but notice the right jog wheel feels like it is tighter than the left, despite being on the same settings on the adjuster? Is there a way to fix this or is it a case of contacting the place I purchased mine from? It sounds like I'm being picky, but when you're spending 2 grand on a bit of kit you expect it to be bang on. The strange thing is I've only noticed it tonight and I've had some good use with them since I got them. Surley the tension can't just go tight all of a sudden like that, right? Cheers.

Hey NG91,

You're right - they should be the same, but it happens from time to time that one of them may need to be re-adjusted due to the internal tension mechanism. If it's within 30 days of purchase, you can try returning it to your dealer for an exchange. If you're within a year of purchase, the repairs will be covered by warranty. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your XZ inspected and/or repaired.
