Hi, My XDJ-RX2 is having issues with detecting a USB in the first slot. When I turn on the XDJ, I plug the USB stick in and it attempts to read it, but fails after 10-15 seconds.
Error: E-8307: DEVICE NO RESPONSE
USB-2 slot works every time. I have tried using different USB devices, they are all formatted to FAT32. It seems like there's something wrong with USB 1 slot on the XDJ-RX2.
There have been a couple times where USB 1 slot will read the USB. But it works rarely. 90% of the time it will give my that error in the image above.

Hey Michael,
It's possible that there is an issue with the device in providing power to the drive over the USB1 port if the same drive works flawlessly in USB2. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
