Laptop connectivity issues to XDJ RX2

Hi All

I have an RX2 which I usually use in performance mode connected to recordbox on my laptop. Yesterday I went to connect as normal but the connection is not being made when the usual button is pressed. Sometimes when I've used before if the cable is knocked slightly it would lose connection. I've checked another device in the usb port and that works ok. Are there any ideas what to check?
