XDJ 1000MK2 and searching by My Tag

Hi there, I've read the XDJ 1000 MK2 allows users to search tracks by tag, and indeed there is an option for "My Tags" on their screens. However, despite tagging numerous tracks in rekordbox (on the computer), when I select the My Tags option on the XDJ screen, it is displays no categories or tagged tracks.

To my knowledge, the XDJs have all had their firmware successfully updated, the USBs are 3.0s and have been working fine, and of course I updated the USBs before plugging them in to the XDJs to attempt to search by My Tag.

Is there a hidden toggle or option somewhere I don't know about? Are My Tags in the software different from My Tags on the XDJs? What am I missing?
