1. Which Windows OS version are you running (Win 7, Win 8.x, Win 10)?
2. Have you tried (as a test) to download and install Serato Pro to test to see if you have the same symptoms?

XDJ-XZ not working completely
Hi, I just got my XDJ-XZ and am trying to get it working. I have downloaded and redownloaded all the drivers and firmware multiple times, but when I try using rekordbox I have limited functionality. Basically, I can use the wheels, tempo slider, individual deck volumes, and a few other features but canty control the master volume, any eq functions, and fx's with the controller. Im using an HP Omen laptop that is less than a year old if that makes a difference.

@Casey > If you're using an 11th gen Intel CPU, it could be that you're experiencing a driver conflict caused by the built-in Realtek audio device drivers. Please check your product page on the HP site for updated drivers:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
If that's not the case, then we can certainly dig further.
