I cant hear my cue song in my headphones, Im using DDJ SX

I came across a DDJ SX, and for some reason the sound won't play through the headphones.  I was using the SB3 and this controller has a lot more buttons maybe I don't have something on, but it is plugged in, master cue is turned on, and the knob is set to master cue and I cant hear anything.
