Firmware problems with DDJ-ERGO

Hey there I just attempted to update the firmware on my DDJ-ERGO controller. It was functioning fine as a controller before that but I wasn't able to get headphone signal through it so I went to make sure the firmware was up to date and the right drivers were installed. The firmware update began and then partway through it said that there was an error with the update. Now the controller no longer works like it use to. It no longer controls the surface in virtual DJ. Is there anything I can do to fix it? A factory reset or anything like that?
