Hello,
Could you please check the mapping. The lighting colour does not seem to coordinate with the software. Also, channels 4,5,8 of the fixture display does not seem to exist in the fixture's list in the software.

As you can see in the manual of the fixture you have sent us, there are no 4 or 8 channel modes.
About the "lighting colour" you mentioned, could you please explain which mode you are using and which channel does not work?
