DDJ-SR not recognized by Inel5 11 generation processor

Hi, this is my second attempt at trying to solve this issue. My new HP laptop came with Intel5 11th generation processor. It does not seem to recognize the Pioneer drivers. I was told by Pioneer to contact HP regarding updates to their drivers. I was told by HP that it would be up to Pioneer to update theirs. I'm frustrated. Please advise..

This is not a Pioneer DJ problem. As you have likely seen in other forum posts, it is a known issue that 11th gen Intel CPUs with Realtek audio drivers have a problem that blocks 3rd party audio and MIDI devices from functioning properly. Some other manufacturers have updated all of their devices, and HP has already released some updated drivers to address it with certain models, so I'm surprised that they've told you it's our responsibility. I'm sorry you're frustrated but this is beyond our control.
