I got a DDJ-400 last week, and had previously downloaded Rekordbox to play about with on my Mac. The DDJ-400 arrived a week ago and was working perfectly until this morning. I was looking around on the site for some tutorials and inadvertently downloaded a Firmware update for the Mac. After this, my DDJ-400 now just sits with the coloured lights flashing on and off and is completely unresponsive. I am a complete newbie to all of this and have no idea what I've done.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Rekordbox software (both v6 and v5) to no avail. Can anyone help?

Try flashing the firmware again, it sounds like it simply didn't complete properly. If that fails, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue or direct you to servicing for repair.
