No audio through my speakers

Can anyone help. Out of nowhere my Pioneer DM 40 Monitor speakers have completely stopped all audio. They are connected correctly to my DDJ-SB3 mixing deck (i can even hear the buzz from them, so I know there's power to them) I am using the SoundCloud package via Serato Lite, which is all update and downloaded to my laptop. All of the lights on the mixing deck are active, I can load tracks, play them and hear them through the headphones and laptop speakers, but nothing through the Pioneer speakers. I have followed some guidance around checking the 'sound' options in my laptop, which I've done (although im no tech whizz) please has anyone else experienced this? If so id really appreciate some novice guidance
