CDJ-3000 Beat Sync Turns On

When I'm playing I use bpm sync (sync button flashing)

Randomly the sync button goes from flashing to solid by itself. I'm pretty sure this is a software bug. If I do not tap on the sync button it should never go to beat sync by itself.

This has happened about 4 times now over the last few sets. I will not be able to provide a video because I cannot know when it will auto change to beat sync. 

I want to report this so the engineers can look into for the next firmware update.
