XDJ RX2 HARDWARE CRASH W LAPTOP

Since day one, i have had crashes with pioneer, it wasnt to bad on the old laptop but with the new one it is EVERY TIME i use rekrobox linked to the laptop and XDJRX2. it never crashes when i use it in stand alone mode via USB only when i use the Performance mode. to start when i try to turn knobs (like EQ) i get a slight crackle and have to take my hands away from equipment in some sort of fucking lottery, AM I GOING TO WIN, AM I NOT? sometimes it just has that crackle and i can carry on with my recording, half the time the recordiing is messed up with the crackle audibly noticable, other times i get all blue lights on my XDJ RX2 and then it is un playable, have to restart switch everything off and on again and its the same after that. how long does this have to go on?! please do not patronise my by saying please record a video of it happening cause i wont, i should not need to be become a documentary film maker. i understand its not the persons fault reading this but why is there so many updates for rekorbox yet this issue still remains? i have tried to fix this for years and have gotten knowhere. i am concidering another platform this is so bad. it is wasting my time every day putting effort and work into mixes and sets that all end uo crashed anyway. please any help would be apreciated.
