Assuming the sync is disabled, what happens if you run the tempo slider all the way negative then all the way positive then back to zero?

Hi, when it’s set to 0% on the left tempo slider, it is never actually at 0% it’s usually on -10.70% when it’s set physically on 0% and as i adjust the tempo up or down, i can never get the true measurement it should be
