DDJ-400 stuck in CDJ mode

Hey there.

I posted a day ago about the problem with the jog wheels and now know what's going on so I deleted the post. The problem is that I still can't fix it.

The mixer appears to be stuck in CDJ mode, even if vinyl mode is enabled. I would appreciate it if anyone could help out.

If you're able to toggle vinyl mode and the problem persists, the likely culprits are:

- the DDJ not getting adequate power over USB (try a different USB port, or cable, perhaps even a different computer)

- static interference (try disconnecting outboard audio devices such as speakers, mic, etc, or if you have a laptop, try unplugging the charging cable to see if that helps)

- grounding (see above)
