Hard Reset XDJ-RX2

Just got the XDJ-RX2 yesterday. Tried installing the firmware, but I believe it was in the wrong format. Today, I tried to update it after reformatting to FAT, but now it won't read any flash drives. The display reads "Connect device to USB 1" even though the flash drive is connected. So, is there a way to uninstall the firmware or hard reset it?

I think the same thing is happening.
Check the FILE name of UPD.
By the way, there is no point in just changing the setting to the factory default value after a hard reset.
