DDJ 400

Good day,

I have a number of issues.

Firstly when pressing the cue button it increases volume on the master out and therefore increases the volume to the monitor speakers.

Secondly when cueing, the headphone mixer volume does not seem to cancel out the master when set to the left on the cue side?

The controller is up to date with firmware and have followed the setup process on numerous counts.

Any feed back and pointers greatly appreiated

Hi Asa,

It could be you don't have the DDJ-400 audio configured properly - can you please post a screenshot of your audio configuration from rekordbox?

I think i have the issue resolved now. It seems to be the booth setting in rekordbox.
